Return Policy for [Solana Sleeper] Gaming Mouse Products
Thank you for shopping with [Solana Sleeper] Inc. (“[Solana Sleeper],” “we,” or “us”). We’re committed to delivering high-quality gaming gear and support. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase of a [Solana Sleeper] gaming mouse or related accessories (collectively, your “Product”), please review the following return terms.
This Return Policy does not affect your legal or consumer rights under applicable law.
Standard Return Policy
Here are the key conditions for returning a Product purchased directly from [Solana Sleeper]:
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the Product in its original condition, including all accessories (e.g., USB cable), documentation, and packaging.
- Only Products purchased directly from [Solana Sleeper] are eligible for return through this policy. Items bought from third-party retailers must be returned according to their policies.
We reserve the right to reject a return if:
- The Product is missing accessories, documentation, or original packaging.
- You've redeemed any associated digital content or assets (e.g., in-game items, NFTs).
- You haven't disabled built-in security features before returning the Product.
- We detect suspicious or fraudulent activity, including bulk purchases intended for resale.*
- The Product was customized, unless the customization differs materially from what was ordered.
Important Note on Wireless Services
If your Product includes wireless connectivity, returning it does not cancel your service plan. You are responsible for managing your wireless account and any associated fees. Contact your provider directly for cancellation or changes.
How to Return Your Product
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and email address.
- Select the items you wish to return and click “Initiate Your Return.”
- Follow the instructions in the confirmation email to print your return shipping label.
- Ship the item using the provided label. You may schedule a pickup or drop it off at a carrier location.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll issue a refund or exchange if the return meets our criteria. Refunds will be reduced by:
- Return shipping costs**
- A restocking fee, unless prohibited by law:
- ○ 25% if the packaging has been opened
- ○ 15% if the packaging remains unopened
Refunds will be processed based on your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds will be issued to your card-issuing bank.
- Digital Wallet (USDC): Refunds will be returned to the same wallet used for purchase.
