This Limited Warranty is provided by [Solana Sleeper] Inc., located at Unit B, 14/F, Yoohoo Tower, 38-42 Kwai Fung Crescent, Kwai Fong, Hong Kong. In this document, “[Solana Sleeper],” “we,” or “us” refers to [Solana Sleeper] Inc.

You are eligible to make a claim under this Limited Warranty if you purchased a [Solana Sleeper]-manufactured gaming mouse or accessory (“Product”) directly from [Solana Sleeper].

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Gift recipients or third-party buyers are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship (“Product Defects”) that prevent the Product from functioning as intended, provided the Product has been used in accordance with our user manuals, technical specifications, and other published guidelines (“Instructions”).

To qualify, the defect must:

• Be reported within the Warranty Period (defined below)
• Affect the Product's intended performance (“Warranted Performance”)

Exclusions and limitations apply as outlined below.

This warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty and does not replace or limit your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including right-to-repair legislation.

You may choose to make a claim under this Limited Warranty or under your local consumer laws. This warranty does not apply to claims made under statutory consumer protections.

For Hong Kong consumers: Our goods come with rights and protections under the laws of Hong Kong, including the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26) and the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for goods that are not of merchantable quality, not fit for their intended purpose, or do not match their description. You may also be entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure is not substantial.

This Limited Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery, as confirmed by a valid proof of delivery (e.g., delivery receipt).

If we repair or replace your Product under this warranty, the replacement or repaired item will be covered for the longer of:

• The remainder of the original Warranty Period, or
• Ninety (90) days from the date you receive the replacement or repaired Product

If your Product qualifies under this Limited Warranty, we will, at our discretion and within a reasonable timeframe:

• Repair the Product at no cost to you
• Replace the Product with one that meets the Warranted Performance
• Issue a refund, either:
  • ○ For the full purchase price, or
  • ○ A partial refund based on usage during the Warranty Period

If we choose to repair or replace your Product, we will cover the shipping and handling costs to return the item to you. Any Product or part returned and replaced or refunded becomes the property of [Solana Sleeper].

The following are not covered under the [Solana Sleeper] Limited Warranty:

• Software or software-related products (including bundled or embedded software); these are governed by their own license terms and documentation
• Loss of data; you are responsible for backing up your data. We do not guarantee data preservation or recovery
• Services related to the Product; service terms are outlined separately
• Products returned with missing, damaged, or tampered labels
• Products returned without all original components, accessories, or external covers
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
• Non-[Solana Sleeper] branded hardware (even if sold or packaged with our Products); contact the original manufacturer for support
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and aging (e.g., scratches, discoloration, dents)
• Damage caused by accidents, neglect, or exposure to liquids, food, or contaminants
• Intentional damage or misuse, including failure to follow usage instructions
• Products that meet performance standards but do not meet personal expectations
• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or component replacements
• Installation of incompatible components or accessories
• Use with unsupported hardware, software, or services
• Consumable parts (e.g., batteries) unless proven defective
• Failure to install required software updates
• Use in violation of applicable laws
• Damage caused by external events beyond our control (e.g., power surges, extreme weather)

Additionally, if [Solana Sleeper] receives notice from authorities that a Product has been reported stolen, or if you cannot disable security features or prove ownership (e.g., with a valid receipt), the Product is not eligible for warranty service. Where permitted by law, [Solana Sleeper] may share device identifiers with authorities for fraud prevention.

To submit a claim under this Limited Warranty:

1. Visit https://legal.solanasleeper.com/warranty-service within the Warranty Period
2. Provide:
   • ○ Proof of purchase (including purchase date)
   • ○ Proof of delivery (including delivery date)
   • ○ A description of the issue and why you're requesting warranty service
3. Use the pre-addressed shipping label we provide to mail in your Product

You are responsible for any loss or damage resulting from failure to follow return instructions.

If your Product is found to be non-defective or your claim falls outside the warranty scope, we may:

• Return the Product to you after you prepay the associated costs
• Hold the Product for 30 days for pickup; after that, it may be disposed of

This Limited Warranty outlines our full obligations. We disclaim all other warranties, conditions, or terms not explicitly stated, except those required by consumer law.

[Solana Sleeper] does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent allowed by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including lost profits, revenue, or data—arising from warranty breaches or other legal claims, even if advised of the possibility.

We are not liable for:

• Losses not caused by a breach of this warranty
• Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of purchase
• Business-related losses (e.g., lost profits, data, or opportunities)

These limitations do not apply to:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law

Governing Law Subject to any consumer protection laws in your country or region of residence, this Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from this warranty will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Interpretation Headings in this Limited Warranty are provided for clarity and convenience only and do not carry legal significance. The term “including” should always be interpreted as “including without limitation.”

Severability If any part of this Limited Warranty is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable by a court in Hong Kong, that portion will be removed. The remainder of the warranty will continue to apply in full.

Amendments No individual or representative is authorized to modify, extend, or alter this Limited Warranty on behalf of [Solana Sleeper].

Updates We may revise this Limited Warranty from time to time, in accordance with applicable laws of Hong Kong. Any updates will apply to future purchases or claims.
