By placing an order for any gaming mouse (“Mouse”), related accessories, or other physical products (collectively, “Products”), or any associated service offered through the Store (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale and any additional terms referenced herein (“Supplemental Terms”). Your submission of an order (“Order Request”) confirms your acceptance of these Terms.

Together, these documents form the complete “Terms” governing your use of the Store and any purchase made through it.

Please read these Terms carefully. They apply fully to your use of the Store and any Product or Service you purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.

When you use any [Solana Sleeper] software or services in connection with your gaming mouse (“Device”), your use is subject to the applicable terms and conditions for those services in addition to these Terms. Please note that service availability, features, and content may vary depending on your region.

To the extent permitted by law, all service features, specifications, and functionality are subject to change without prior notice or obligation.

By placing an order through the Store, you acknowledge that we may collect and process certain personal information to fulfill your request. For details on how we collect, use, and share your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

Submitting an order request through the Store constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Device or Service. It does not guarantee acceptance by [Solana Sleeper]. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order request, in whole or in part, for any lawful reason. If your request is accepted, we will send a confirmation, and your order will be considered final (“Order”).

If you previously paid a deposit under a pre-order or waitlist agreement, that deposit does not count as an order. You must still submit a formal order request through the Store.

We may reject an order request if:

• You attempt to purchase more than the permitted quantity
• You violate these Terms
• You request delivery to a location we do not currently serve

Prices shown on the Store may exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees. These charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout and must be paid in the same currency as the purchase.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice and apply only to future orders.

By submitting payment—whether via credit card, third-party wallet provider, or any other accepted method—you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You also authorize [Solana Sleeper] (or its designated payment processor) to charge your payment method for the full amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and fees shown at checkout. If you previously paid a deposit for a product, we will charge the remaining balance due at the time of order confirmation.

If your payment method is invalid, unverifiable, or otherwise rejected, your order may be delayed or canceled. You must resolve any payment issues before we can proceed with fulfillment.

If you choose to use a digital wallet (“Digital Wallet”) to complete your purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the wallet provider. [Solana Sleeper] does not manage or control your Digital Wallet and is not responsible for any issues arising from its use—including but not limited to hacks, duplicate transactions, or incorrect payment submissions.

Orders may take up to six (6) months to fulfill from the date your order is accepted or your delivery address is confirmed, whichever is later.

We do not ship to all regions. If your delivery address is outside our supported areas, we may cancel your order or decline your request. In such cases, you will either not be charged or receive a refund, as applicable.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address at checkout or when requested. You must be available to receive the shipment at that address or, if delivery fails for reasons beyond our control, at the designated pickup location provided by the shipping carrier.

If the gaming mouse is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, we will refund the product cost (or reverse the charge), but shipping fees and applicable taxes—including import/export duties—may still apply and may not be refundable unless required by law. Deposits made under any pre-order or waitlist agreement are generally non-refundable.

If delivery fails due to an error not caused by you, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method, excluding any non-refundable deposit.

All gaming mice and accessories listed in the Store are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

Some products may have quantity limits. You may not purchase—either directly or indirectly—more than the maximum number of units specified on the product page or in the product description. These limits are in place to ensure fair access for all customers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.

We make every effort to ensure that pricing on the Store is accurate. However, if a pricing error occurs and your order has not yet been confirmed, we will notify you of the correct price. You will then have the option to proceed with the order at the updated price or cancel it.

Occasionally, [Solana Sleeper] may offer special promotions or discounted pricing on select products. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion (“Promotional Terms”), the Promotional Terms will apply—but only for the duration and scope of that promotion.

Our products may be subject to import and export laws and regulations. You are responsible for complying with all applicable domestic and international laws related to the shipment, receipt, and use of the product. This includes any restrictions on destinations, users, or intended uses.

Please follow all instructions provided with your gaming mouse, including any setup or safety guidelines available online. By using the product, you agree to comply with any applicable end user license agreements or supplemental terms, including those related to firmware or software provided with or through the device.

Some [Solana Sleeper] gaming mice may include integrated security features designed to support digital asset management. This may include proprietary technology that leverages both hardware and software components to safeguard sensitive cryptographic data, such as private keys used with digital wallets and blockchain-based applications (“Private Keys”).

If your device includes this functionality, Private Keys are securely stored and can only be accessed using a unique Recovery Phrase—a randomized sequence of 24 words generated and displayed on the device during initial setup. This Recovery Phrase is the sole method for retrieving your Private Keys and should be stored securely by you.

You are solely responsible for managing and protecting your Recovery Phrase. Loss of this phrase may result in permanent loss of access to your digital assets.

If your gaming mouse includes secure digital asset storage features, it may generate a unique Recovery Phrase—a randomized sequence of 24 words—used to access your private keys stored on the device. This Recovery Phrase is displayed only once during initial setup and is the sole method for recovering your digital assets.

We strongly recommend that you carefully follow all on-device instructions for securing your Recovery Phrase. Store it in a safe, offline location. You will need it for the lifetime of your device. If your Recovery Phrase is lost or compromised, you may permanently lose access to your private keys and any associated digital assets.

You may need your Recovery Phrase if:

• Your device is lost, stolen, or inaccessible
• Your device is damaged or malfunctions
• You perform a factory reset
• You migrate your assets to another digital wallet

Important notes:

• [Solana Sleeper] does not store, access, or back up your Recovery Phrase
• Anyone with access to your Recovery Phrase can control your digital assets
• Loss or compromise of your Recovery Phrase may result in irreversible loss of access

We may release software updates, including security enhancements, from time to time. You are responsible for installing these updates promptly. [Solana Sleeper] is not liable for issues arising from failure to install required updates.

Devices are sold for personal use only and not for resale. However, you may gift a device to another individual. You may not purchase a device with the intent to bypass purchase limits or eligibility restrictions, nor may you knowingly gift a device to someone who would be ineligible to purchase one under these Terms (e.g., due to delivery restrictions or order limits outlined in Section 8).

Battery life, performance, and storage capacity may vary depending on usage, settings, and other factors. Devices with onboard storage may be preloaded with system software, reducing the available user-accessible capacity. Listed specifications are for reference only and may not reflect actual performance.

This section does not affect your legal rights regarding defective products.

You may have a legal right to cancel your order and request a refund under applicable law. Please refer to our Return Policy for details on how to initiate a return. Note that deposits paid under a pre-order or waitlist agreement are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You are solely responsible for managing and securing any data stored on your device. Before returning a device, you must erase all personal data. [Solana Sleeper] is not responsible for any data left on returned devices, to the extent permitted by law.

If you report a device as lost, stolen, defective, or undelivered, we may deactivate it. Deactivation may result in deletion of data stored on the device. We recommend backing up your data regularly.

Devices purchased through the Store are covered by our Limited Warranty, which applies only to the original purchaser. Warranty coverage does not extend to gift recipients or resellers.

You may have legal rights regarding product quality under applicable law. These rights are explained in our Limited Warranty, which also includes disclaimers of certain liabilities where permitted. Please review it carefully.

If you receive an advanced replacement device and fail to return the original within the specified timeframe, you authorize us to charge your original payment method for the full value of the unreturned device.

Additionally, purchasing a device or service does not entitle you to receive or benefit from any digital tokens, assets, or similar instruments—now or in the future. Any references to tokens are informational only and do not constitute a promise, offer, or guarantee. Any future issuance of tokens, if applicable, will be governed by separate terms and may be subject to eligibility and regulatory requirements.

This section does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.

Our Limited Warranty outlines specific exclusions and limitations on liability for [Solana Sleeper], its suppliers, and affiliates, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Please review the warranty carefully to understand your rights and our responsibilities.

Unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your country of residence, these Terms—and any disputes arising from your use of the Store or purchase of a device—will be governed by the laws of Hong Kong

Any legal claims brought under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong.

Please read this section carefully. It may require you to resolve certain disputes with [Solana Sleeper] through binding arbitration rather than in court, unless prohibited by applicable law or unless you opt out as described below.

To the extent permitted by law, this arbitration agreement applies to all customers who purchase a gaming mouse or related product under these Terms. It limits how you can seek relief and prohibits class actions or jury trials.

You and [Solana Sleeper] agree that any dispute related to these Terms or your purchase or use of a device (“Dispute”) will be resolved individually—not as part of a class, collective, or representative action.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact [Solana Sleeper] to try resolving the issue informally. Send a written notice to legal@Solana Sleeper.com or by certified mail to Unit B, 14/F, Yoohoo Tower, 38-42 Kwai Fung Crescent, Kwai Fong, Hong Kong. Include your name, contact details, a description of the issue, and the relief you're seeking.

If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit it to binding arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (“HKIAC”). Arbitration will take place in Hong Kong under the HKIAC Domestic Arbitration Rules, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. You agree to review or waive review of those rules.

This arbitration agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including the Arbitration Ordinance (Cap. 609). The arbitrator has the authority to resolve all procedural and substantive issues, including whether a dispute is arbitrable.

All arbitration proceedings, including evidence and outcomes, will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law or court order.

If you initiate arbitration, you'll pay the filing fee (up to $250 if you're a consumer), and [Solana Sleeper] will cover the remaining arbitration costs. If [Solana Sleeper] initiates arbitration, we'll cover all fees.

Any dispute must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to the claim. After that, the claim is permanently barred.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by mailing a written notice to Unit B, 14/F, Yoohoo Tower, 38-42 Kwai Fung Crescent, Kwai Fong, Hong Kong. Include your full name, address, and a clear statement that you’re opting out of arbitration. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the governing law and venue provisions in these Terms.

If any part of this arbitration agreement is found to be unenforceable or unlawful, that portion will be removed, and the rest will remain in effect. If a claim must proceed as a class or representative action, it will be litigated in court, and individual claims will be arbitrated first. If any part of this agreement prevents you from seeking public injunctive relief, that part will not apply, but the rest of the agreement will remain enforceable.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that order. We may update these Terms from time to time, and changes will apply only to future orders.

Neither you nor [Solana Sleeper] will be held responsible for delays or failures to meet obligations under these Terms due to events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

If we choose not to enforce any part of these Terms immediately, it doesn't mean we're waiving our right to enforce them later.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or unfair, that provision will be modified to reflect the original intent as closely as possible. The rest of the Terms will remain in full effect.
